A day of silence: Mindfulness & Yin Yoga, Amsterdam

´A day of awareness and compassion'

Sunday 15th of May in Amsterdam

Brave, conscious and curious you’ll discover in the morning your habit patterns, borders and blockages on  an emotional, physical and mental level.

Forget the daily stress and enjoy the silence during an organic lunch.

Loving, gentle and humorous, you’ll regain in the afternoon the connexion with yourself, you’ll connect with loving kindness and will learn non-judgment, acceptance and compassion for yourself and others.

You will feel refreshed, relaxed and more in touch with yourself!

The silent day consists of:
Entry - breathing space - guided meditation - Yin Yoga - Metta meditation

Using various techniques that complement each other:
Guided meditation
(leads you through your breath to awareness of thoughts, feelings, sensations and acceptance)
Yin Yoga (revitalizing, relaxing and intense, stimulating joints, ligaments and energy)
Metta Meditation (Metta softens, opens the heart to yourself and others with a sense of connexion)
